Khalil's Diet Plan

How I lost over 19 pounds in 1 month :


Breakfast : 2 eggs
Lunch : Lean meat, soup and minimal carbohydrates
Afternoon snack : Protein shake (on workout days - 2 scoops, on non-workout days - 1 scoop)
Dinner : Learn meat, soup, fish and minimal carbohydrates.
Midnight snack : Anything I would want - usually nuts (no chips, no sweets)
From 218 Lbs. to 199 Lbs. September - October 2011
Current weight : 195 Lbs.
